Information on this site

We keep the content here accurate and current, but it is general guidance about building work, not professional advice for your property. Planning rules, building regulations and site conditions differ from house to house, so always confirm the position for your own project before you commit money to it.

Photographs show work completed by our team. Specifications, materials and finishes vary between projects.

Quotations

Any figure given before a site survey is an indication only. A firm quotation is issued in writing after we have surveyed the property and seen the drawings, and it sets out the scope, the inclusions and the exclusions.

A written quotation remains valid for the period stated on it. Work outside the quoted scope is agreed in writing as a variation before it is carried out.

Contracts for work

Building work is carried out under a separate written contract between you and us. That contract, together with the accepted quotation and any agreed variations, sets out the programme, payment stages, insurance and warranty terms. Where the two differ, the signed contract takes precedence over anything on this website.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Do not republish or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
