Who we are

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the property address or area, and a description of the work you are considering. If you upload photographs or drawings, we store those alongside your enquiry.
Our hosting and analytics providers also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. We use that only to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, to deliver and administer the work. If you become a client, we keep records relating to the project, invoicing and any warranty obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to do the job: architects, structural engineers, building control, party wall surveyors and specialist subcontractors working on your project, and our IT, email and accounting providers acting on our instructions.
Where a finance or investment enquiry is passed to one of our partner companies, we do so only with your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted once they are no longer relevant. Project records are kept for as long as we need them for contractual, warranty, insurance and tax purposes, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies. They tell us how visitors use the site and which of our Google ads lead to a quote request or a phone call. The data (pages visited, device and browser details, and whether you submitted the quote form or tapped our phone number) is shared with Google for measurement and to help our ads reach people likely to need our services.
In the UK and Europe nothing is set until you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you reject, Google may still receive basic cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed) without identifying you. We keep a record of your choice, when you made it and which version of this notice you saw. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
