Our COVID-19 Measures
We are currently facing unprecedented times and the safety of our clients and workforce is paramount. At The Entire House we are following all Government guidelines to ensure the work in your home is carried out safely, construction workers are classed as essential workers and are therefore still able to work.
In addition to our current high standards we have implemented several other measures to keep both our workforce and clients safe during this time.
Firstly, we will ensure all objects and surfaces that are touched regularly including doorhandles, light switches and taps are cleaned using anti-bacterial disinfectant. We are also cleaning all site equipment regularly such as buckets and tools. Cleaning materials will be disposed of by our teams so customers will not have to worry about the disposal of any cleaning waste.
We have introduced fixed teams that will managed by specific site managers in order to reduce the number of workers mixing. Working in fixed teams means we can minimise the number of workers in your home whilst still working effectively and to a high standard. All of our teams will have access hand sanitiser and will also maintain social distancing. Any workers feeling unwell or showing COVID-19 symptoms will be required to self-isolate and will not return to work until they have completed their isolation or received a negative COVID-19 test result.
We would like to reassure our clients, both present and potential that we are taking all necessary measures to ensure our teams and clients are safe. We follow government updates and will continue to update our measures if necessary. Should you wish to find out more about the measures we are taking to ensure all of our sites are COVID-19 safe or any of the services we offer, please contact the team via our contact page.
